Weather resistant product quality standard:

Transfer process requirements:
1. Heat transfer temperature and time: flat plate (experimental)205 degrees, 200 seconds. Vacuum transfer furnace 185 degrees above, more than 25 minutes, pressure about 0.3.
2. The depth of ink penetration into the powder coating on the transfer paper must be above 45um. In order to obtain the optimal operation process, it is recommended that the user first carry out a small sample trial production according to the type of combination and profile.
